Situated in the heart of the Merchant City Glasgow, Thali Authentic Indian Tapas restaurant opened its door in November 2008. Careful restoration, complete with a brand new contemporary interior has created a simple and stylish appearance. With a mixture of soft creams, muted browns and vibrant reds, Thali oozes sophistication in a more relaxed atmosphere, offering the perfect modern venue for a memorable dining experience with a twist!

Here at Thali we can cater for large parties and also tables of two, with 5 cosy booths with their own tv screens on one side and open tables on the other side which can sit a party of up to 30.

Customers are invited to enjoy homemade dishes with distinct flavours, all of which are prepared using the best quality, locally sourced ingredients and authentic spice blends.

Serving authentic indian food the traditional indian way. A Complimentary glass of a traditional indian drink Nimbu Pani (lemon water) on arrival.

All dishes served in a traditional stainless steel dish (Thali) tapas style. Several dishes in one meal so the customer can sample the variety of flavours that are authentic to india.  The base thali comes with an accompanyment of rice and naan so you don't have to order seperate, and also the choice of daal (spiced lentils) or raita (youghurt).
